2004 Big Kahuna Triathlon Santa Cruz Ceramic Polynesian / Hawaiian Style Medal

This came to me as you see it.  It is in good condition!  On the lower front edge there is a place where the glaze did not fill in, right above that is a crackling / fleabite in the glaze.  Please see the pictures
It measures approximately:  5" x 2 1/2" and one way the rawhide strap is 14"
