(Trace of light soiling on rear cover) Numerous color photographs throughout text. Produced as an homage to Mr. John's appearances over a five-year span at the Troubadour, and as a benefit for the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. Very uncommon. Only the second copy we have handled.
