I personally purchased this program at The Caesars Palace gift shop for the Elton John show. The gift shop is located right next to The Colosseum where his show is performed.
The program is to his "The Million Dollar Piano" show in Las Vegas and the program has never been used as it's new in mint condition.
The program is printed on high quality paper stock and measures approximately 10 1/2" x 13 3/8". There are eighty (80) pages which includes the following:

This program is only sold at this store and during the performance of his show. It is a one of a kind item and a must have for any Elton John fan.
