Shipping Damaged or lost Package
Refunds for broken/damaged item(s) are either provided with replacement, partial, or full refund.

Contact us before opening a return with ebay.. If something you bought came damaged contact us with-in 3 days and send us photos of the item, and damage of box and packaging.
If sending back the damaged item is not feasible to us then please hold on to the broken item and all packaging for possible shipping company inspection for the insurance claim, if insured. Please, please, be prepared to work with us if anything broken during shipping. Not only photos of item, box, and packaging is needed for insurance claim- the shipping company may require physical inpsection. Please hold on to everything.
Shipping
:  I try to use recycled items for packing and shipping.  These items may include boxes, brown paper bags, newspaper, shredded magazines & paper, Styrofoam, peanuts, and additional bubble wrap. Some items may or may not be insured.
State taxes:
Ebay collects all state taxes. We pay our selling fees on percentage of all costs incl price paid by you for the item, state sales tax, handing fees, and shipping cost. Therefore an extra approx. 15%  is added to cover these fees for us to break even. We are not intentionally overcharging on any shipping fees.  .
