    Description

This is a very beautifully crafted plate from the SPODE Company featuring their GARDEN COLLECTION.  This is a rectangular shaped tray dish with a beautiful design of floras and vegetables in an etched style from the Blue Room series with soft blue hues on white.  The pertinent identifying name and logo are on the reverse side and this was made in England and has the numbers 23/A  2S3727. The tray has a sweet and nostalgic appearance and the words GARDENING GROWS THE SPIRIT in the center.  I bought this along with many other wonderful things from a warehouse sale for at boutique that had gone out of business quite some time ago. This plate is deep and a perfect serving dish or used simply to hold trinkets or keys and glasses.  It measures  8 1/2" long and 5 1/2" wide with a depth of 1 3/4"  with a curved and outwardly flared border.  This may have been on display at the store and has no box.   If I have asked too much for shipping, I will either adjust the invoice or return the funds.
Please pay for this item within three days from auction end time.
BY PLACING A BID ON OR PURCHASING AN ITEM YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW.  VERY IMPORTANT: The SHIPPING CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS WHEN ITEMS ARE INSURED.  Any insurance claims or monetary claims for items damaged during transit will be strictly between the buyer and the freight company in question.  I pack items with care but when the carrier takes possession, I can’t guarantee safety.   In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping transit, You, the Buyer, agree to file the insurance claim with the U.S. Post Office for reimbursement.  I will send you the necessary receipts for you to file a claim with the Post Office. It is YOUR responsibility to file a claim for any insured items that are damaged because that is what Insurance is purchased for. This is the U.S. Post Office requirement and this information is found on their web site on the “File A Claim” page.  I can NOT file claims with the Post Office for you. E Bay might tell you differently, but the U.S. Postal Regulations and Requirements are very clear. In order for the claim to be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online. You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage.
PLEASE DON'T FILE A CLAIM!          Your item has been shipped and is on its way to you! Please if you have ANY issue whatsoever, please do not open a return request. I repeat do not open a return request! All you have to do is just send me a message or reply to this one, and I will go above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to correct the issue for you. I promise, you will be satisfied.
