Vintage Japanese Carved Ojime Wood Pig Netsuke & Gemstone Bead Necklace

Description

Wonderful vintage Japanese ojime netsuke bead and gemstone bead necklace. The necklace is double strands in some places with larger single strings of beads between them. They have stone (maybe travertine or soapstone), bone, metal, plastic (possibly bakelite) and carved wood beads including one of a bull, ox, or water buffalo. The necklace measures about 17 1/4 inches. Lovely on! Condition: a little paint loss to the gold painted bead and plating loss on the clasp. Other beads wonderful
