    I am honestly not sure if this blade is used. Blades appear to be sharp, but I'm not an expert. For all I know, these may be new but again, I am not positive.
    This appears to be the original packaging as the numbers on the package and the blade match.
    As stated above, I am not sure if these are used and placed back in the original packaging, or if they are actually new old stock.
